Lost America

Here are some photographs from Troy Paiva's site lostamerica.com. Again, not really urban photography, I think I jumped the gun on declaring a theme for myself. Anyway, gotta represent the night photographs, so enjoy. Too much light painting on the site in my opinion, but I don't usually like colored light painting anyhow.

Jonathan Lewis does The Beatles

Jonathan Lewis has produced some of the best pixel-centric work I have ever seen. These are from a series he did of nearly all of The Beatles' album covers. I didn't see the white album represented though. You can check out the rest Lewis' work here. Highly recommended.

Roumi Photos

This seems to be a group of Canadian photographers. They're of the French Canadian variety, so I couldn't read their website to really find out what their deal was. Anyway, their images appear to be heavily photoshopped (particularly the ones in color) and are very glossy and commercial as a result. I'm not entirely sure how I feel about them, but I was intrigued enough to throw this post up, so check them out for yourself here.
